The national IT solutions for various primary health services replicate the silos of their parent programmes. Embedded in silos, their lack of interoperability and standardisation limits sustainability and hence their benefits have not been realized yet. Using lessons from deploying national digital health systems, IDHN collaborators and faculty propose an enterprise architecture framework that overcomes these challenges and outline a robust futuristic digital health infrastructure for delivery of comprehensive primary healthcare.
